Note: P.O. Box or APO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping options.
There may be short shipping delays as our warehouse is working on limited hours due to COVID-19. Orders placed before 12pm ET typically ship out the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 21 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for orders delivered to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. Please return each item with tags still intact. Items marked Final Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Please reach out to help@alexmill.com for any questions about your return.
For online exchanges, you can try a different size in the same style and color. Note: availability is based on inventory. Your exchange purchase will ship once we’ve received and processed the items you are returning.
Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in store at 70 Mercer Street.
Discounts and Promotions
You can add a discount code after you’ve started the checkout process. Enter the code at checkout and your total will reflect the new amount.
Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or pass it along to a friend.
Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions include gift cards, third party merchandise, and other items.
