Size medium measures 45" around the chest, 18.75" across the shoulder, and 28" long. Sleeve length measures 35" from the neck.
It's a backer button. A little button sewn behind the outside-facing buttons (hence, backer) to keep the outside buttons more secure. It's an old-school detail that we love (plus we love a pop of color)
