Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please return each item with tags still intact. To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
For exchanges, you can try a new color or size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back. But note: availability is based on inventory. Your purchase will ship once we’ve received and processed the items you are returning.
Discounts and Promotions
You can add a discount code after you’ve started the checkout process. Enter the code at checkout and your total will reflect the new amount.
Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or pass it along to a friend.
Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions include gift cards, third party merchandise, and other items.
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. The difference will be offered as online store credit only. Items not purchased at full price are not eligible for price adjustments. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made.
We make every effort to maintain our inventory levels as accurately as possible. However, we may run out of stock on popular items. In the rare case that an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and make the necessary changes to your order total. If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock and we’ll do all we can to get it to you.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
