Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 21 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for orders delivered to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags still intact. Items marked Final Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. You will be prompted to either 1) exchange your item for a new size or 2) set-up a return. If you choose to set-up a return, then you will be emailed a temporary “Instant Credit” voucher that you can put towards a new purchase right away. (How easy is that?)
What is Instant Credit?
Similar to a gift card, during the Return & Exchange process you will be issued a temporary Instant Credit. This will be equal to the value of your returns and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away, rather than wait for a credit card refund.
You are not required to use this credit to make a new purchase. If all or some of your Instant Credit is not used by the time your returned merchandise arrives back to us, then you will automatically be refunded the full amount or the difference back to your original form of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from when we receive your return. Please reach out to email@example.com for any questions about your return or your Instant Credit voucher.
Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in store at 70 Mercer Street.
Holiday Return Policy
All orders placed from 11/1/2021-12/9/2021 are returnable through 1/9/2022. For questions regarding specific orders please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
