Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. Please return each item with tags still intact.
To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, the processing of refunds may be delayed a few weeks.
For online exchanges, you can try a different size in the same style and color. Note: availability is based on inventory. Your exchange purchase will ship once we’ve received and processed the items you are returning.
Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in store at 70 Mercer Street. Our store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
