Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 21 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for orders delivered to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. Please return each item with tags still intact. Items marked Final Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 14-21 business days. Please reach out to email@example.com for any questions about your return.
For online exchanges, you can try a different size in the same style and color. Note: availability is based on inventory. Your exchange purchase will ship once we’ve received and processed the items you are returning.
Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in store at 70 Mercer Street.
