U.S. Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all U.S. orders for full price merchandise. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned within 21 days of purchase.
Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for orders delivered to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. All international orders are final sale. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags still intact. Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. You will be prompted to either 1) exchange your item for a new size or 2) set up a return.
Our mission is to offer you exceptional design and superb quality at fair prices. We’ll never compromise on that. As the costs of shipping and warehousing rise, we are determined to maintain our fair pricing and the quality of our clothes. To do that, we charge a $10 return fee, which helps cover the cost of shipping your return back and the restocking process at our warehouse. This fee is waived for exchanges.
Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in store at 77 Mercer Street.
Unfortunately, at this moment, we're unable to accept returns on international orders (We're working on it though!), so all sales are final.
